A small batch of Salamanders for Warhammer 40k. I’ve begun offering a “Basic” quality level for those interested in tabletop quality miniatures. Check out the complete gallery HERE. The project includes a 10-man Tactical Squad, Terminator Captain, and a Magnetized Dreadnought. Minis were based using a lava theme on my custom resin bases.

Progress Update

A condensed 4-week summer course has been keeping me VERY busy over the last few weeks, but it’s time for a quick update now that things have settled back down. One of the most recent completions has been a Dark Angels Leviathan Dreadnought, WIP photos ~97% complete. Minor touch-ups on a couple details, such as the 4th Company icon (knee). The base is still being pieced together as well– more photos to come!

My client requested additional battle damage, scrapes, and impact holes on the carapace. The addition of battle damage is such a simple way to add some unique character to miniatures, so I was thrilled to make it happen. It was also requested that I etch the word ‘POPPS’ into the back left leg.

Completed FW Legion Recon Squad

Here’s a gallery of a recently completed Recon Squad from Forgeworld. These are a mounted on set of my custom 32mm resin bases. I added some weathering effects to the bases using dry pigments, and I applied a light dusting to the lower legs and feet. The bottom portion of the cloaks also received a light dusting.
